Developed in partnership with the National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), the PAD Atlas is a database that maps by zip code PAD prevalence down to the street level. Researchers, patient advocacy groups, legislators and allied-health professionals can use the PAD Atlas to identify the prevalence of PAD at the national, state and local levels to direct educational resources where they are needed most.
